Prerequisite: Title IX Introduction and Overview

This on-demand course is designed to prepare Title IX Investigators to conduct thorough, impartial, and compliant investigations under the 2020 Title IX regulations. Participants will gain a clear understanding of their role in the grievance process, including gathering and evaluating evidence, conducting interviews, writing investigation reports, and maintaining an investigative file. The training also covers key concepts such as relevance, credibility assessment, due process, and empathy-led practices. Title IX Introduction and Overview is a required prerequisite for this course. A final assessment is included, and a certificate of completion is awarded to participants who successfully complete the course.
