This foundational course offers a comprehensive introduction to Title IX and an overview of the Formal Grievance Process as outlined in the 2020 Title IX regulations. Designed for Title IX team members, the course fulfills all mandated training requirements under the 2020 guidelines. Participants will gain a clear understanding of the scope and purpose of Title IX, key definitions, procedural requirements, and the roles and responsibilities involved in the grievance process. The course concludes with a knowledge assessment, and participants who successfully complete the training will receive a certificate of completion.
