The role of the Title IX Investigator and Title IX Decision-Maker is complex under the new Title IX regulations. Annual training will assist investigators and decision-makers in staying current with industry standards as well as any changes in the law or guidance. ICS' 2022 Refresher and Update Training provides Title IX Investigators and Title IX Decision-Makers with the critical information to assist them in their role. A pre-requisite to this course is the Core Curriculum Title IX Investigator/Decision-Maker Course. A reminder that this space is rapidly evolving. This content is up-to-date as of September 26, 2022. ICS will continue to provide updates to the course and/or provide a mini-course as pertinent updates occur.
