This training is to help ensure K-12 Title IX Coordinators understand their role in compliance. The course includes the school district’s obligations under the new Title IX regulations, expectations of Title IX Coordinators, serving impartially, the definition of sexual harassment and scope of program/activity under the regs, a deep dive into implementation and tracking of supportive measures, best practices for structuring your Title IX team under the new regulations, tracking patterns and trends to prevent sexual harassment and more.
